Slow Release – BIG Results
Deliver a continuous supply of nutrients to crops, lasting weeks
Prolonged nutrient availability for crops ensures plants receive what they need to support their growth and development with a season-long approach to crop nutritional needs. The Andersons Over Pass® products are designed to provide nitrogen over an extended period, minimize leaf interaction, and support plants with nutritional needs.
Over Pass 10-2-10 contains slow-release nitrogen to extend absorption and minimize any leaf interaction from the application of nitrogen, setting soybeans and other crops up for higher yields. For best results, use in a program with a PureGrade low-salt starter.
In 2022, Over Pass 10-2-10 applied at 2 gal/a increased the average yield in soybeans by nearly 3 bu/ac over the untreated check. When adding 2 qt/a of Sweet ‘N Eezy® in foliar applications, the bushels per acre increased by 3.2 compared to the untreated check.
Over Pass 22-0-2 is a chloride-free foliar product containing 25% slow-release nitrogen to extend absorption and minimize any leaf interaction in corn and other crops. The slow-release nitrogen provides 10-14 days of nitrogen feeding. Over Pass 22-0-2 also contains potassium, sulfur, and boron to enhance overall crop performance.
In 2022 Ohio field trials, the addition of 1 pt/a of Fulvic LQ to a treatment of 1 gal/a of Over Pass 22-0-2 increased the number of corn bushels by over 7 bu/a.
As part of the Best Program in the Wheat High Yield Program, adding applications of Over Pass 22-0-2 at a rate of 2 gal/a during stem extension and 2 gal/a during heading increased wheat yields by over 13 bu/a.
Incorporate Over Pass in Your Season-Long Approach
A properly timed nutrient management program is essential for maximizing yields at harvest. Understanding critical growth stages and providing adequate foliar nutrition for corn, wheat, and soybeans is key to maximizing crop productivity and achieving higher yields at harvest.
