From Trials to Application: The 2025 Research & Product Guide is Here
Posted on February 24, 2025
Each year, our Specialty Liquids and product team conducts third-party research trials of our products to receive unbiased results, showing the effectiveness of our products in real-world applications.
Our 2024 research trials were conducted at various sites throughout the U.S. and Canada, covering growing conditions across multiple climates found in those regions. In 2024, research trials were conducted on corn, soybeans, potatoes, canola, and sugar beets, as well as aerial applications on corn and residue management solutions on corn stubble.
It is worth noting, that to help avoid any confusion from our readers, we’ve changed the title of the guide to highlight the year the guide was published, noting that the trial results are from the previous growing season, in this case, 2024.
Here are a few features of the 2025 edition of our research trials guide:
Highlight of Brand-New Aero Products
Aerial applications via airplanes, helicopters, or drones are tools that growers can utilize to apply nutrients and pesticides to a crop quickly and efficiently. Our newest product lineup, Aero™, was designed by a team of precision agriculture experts to fit into these applications seamlessly.
With advancements in formulation technology, aerial-applied fertilizers are optimized for low use rates with superior leaf absorption and minimal drift, maximizing their effectiveness.
At field trial locations in both Illinois and Nebraska, Aero-Blitz® applied on corn at the V5 growth stage resulted in over a 15 bu/a increase over the untreated check, with a distinctive difference of added rows around the ear.

Expanded Specialty Crop Data
Providing growers with more targeted insights for optimizing fertility programs, the 2025 guide features expanded data for specialty crops, including potatoes, sugar beets, and canola crops. One of the key highlights is our full-season canola program, which was tested in both South Dakota and North Dakota and resulted in measurable yield increases.
